 We have signed a lease with Athens Garden and looking for a roommate. We are female graduate students. The rental fee is $770/month for 3 people, and an addition fee of $72/month for water and trash. The apartment is on the first floor and it is unfurnished. And the lease begin on Aug.1st. Female is preferred.
