Dear all,

We have a room in Westview Apts (the last four buildings within Athens Garden Apts) for rent. It would cost $281 a month, EXCLUDING utilities. The pros are: nice roommates (males), Bobcats stop within 1-min walk, Commons Bus every hour if you miss the Bobcats, ride to Walmart if you don't have a car, no deposit, flexible time to move in and out. The con: you'll need to have your own furniture.
