Hey, I have one bedroom to sublease from September 1st to June 18th, 2010 .
This is a 3 bedroom townhouse which is at 1 Pomeroy Rd. It's next to the BP
gas station on richland. It takes 10 mins by bike to school. There are 3
bedroom, 2 restroom, one kitchen and a living room. We have washing machine
in house too. The environment here is so nice and our neighbors are really
quite. My roommate and me are male Chinese undergraduate students and we go
to bed around 1am everyday. Maybe sometimes we will have party in our house
but not a lot. U can also bring ur friends here. The rent fee is 366 per
month include Internet, exclude the water and electricity fees. There is no
furnitures in ur room but everything in living room already been set up. If
