I have a room available in a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment in Carriage Hill phase I, which is  newer and nice.
The lease ends August 31st 2010.
Rent is just $599, internet is $25, electric is on average $35. Nothing else needs to pay (water, trash, gas is all included in the rent). There is furniture in the whole apartment.
Walking distance from Ohio University, and you can also take the bus go to campus.
The room is available any time in August.
