Hello CSI Members, and Pledge Members! The CSI Initiation Banquet is coming
up on March 15, and we would like to award those who have showed
exceptional service and excellence in the chapter! If you would like to
nominate someone for a specific award, please fill out this nomination form!
Nominations include outstanding 1st year masters/doc student, outstanding
masters/doc student, outstanding practitioner, outstanding service to the
chapter, and outstanding research!
