JOB DESCRIPTION
Your position will be to provide Diagnostic Assessment, Counseling, and Community Psychiatric Support Therapy to school aged children in a school or outpatient setting.

SPECIFIC DUTIES/ EXPECTATIONS:

    Perform and document assessments of mental health needs of clients.
    Develop treatment plans/individual service plans and address needs of clients and implement interventions to meet these needs. Services may include ongoing counseling and community psychiatric support therapy when clinically indicated. Evaluate client's progress on an ongoing basis.
    Participated as appropriate in interdisciplinary team meetings for assigned clients.
    Collaborate with other agencies, family members and other relevant parties involved in the client's care.
    Make appropriate referrals to other service providers to assure that the client's psychosocial needs are addressed and to provide for optimal post discharge care.
    Complete all documentation of services per applicable government regulation, company policy, and professional standards.
    Participate in appropriate orientation and training opportunities to improve clinical skills and increase knowledge of applicable regulations.
    May include providing clinical and administrative supervision of assigned supervisees.
    Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

    Social Work independent licensure and/or certification in Ohio and experience in the provision of mental health services.
    Professional Counselor licensure and/or certification in Ohio and experience in the provision of mental health services.

Prerequisite Training: Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), LISW, LPCC, LSW, LPC, Post Doctoral Psychology Fellow or a Masters in Psychology

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your position would be to provide and/or oversee the provision of diagnostic assessment and counseling services for our geriatric clients, typically in a nursing home environment, on behalf of The Counseling Source, Inc.  This service is intended to include, but not be limited to: performing assessments, formulating diagnoses, providing individual or group counseling, collaborating with other agencies, family members and other relevant parties involved in the client's care.
