Thank you for submitting your proposal for a CSI Chapter Grant. I am pleased to tell you that your proposal was favorably reviewed and will be funded for $100.00. Congratulations!

Please note the following timeline for implementation and reporting on your project:
Feb 1                Online Interim Report<http://www.csi-net.org/displaycommon.cfm?an=1&subarticlenbr=81> provided by Chapter Grant recipients
Apr 15               Last date for fund expenditures and  Online Final Report<http://www.csi-net.org/displaycommon.cfm?an=1&subarticlenbr=81> due
Apr 25               Last date for checks to be sent to chapters

Your chapter will be recognized at the CSI Awards Ceremony on CSI Day in San Francisco. As part of your Interim Report, you will be asked to identify the names of your chapter representatives who will be present at the awards ceremony.

Please send me an email reply to confirm your receipt of this acknowledgement letter and that you agree to receive the grant funding.  In addition, please let me know if you have any questions about the grant funding process.
