<div class="">I also sent you a proposed revision of Art. 11.9 on Dec. 14. Michel received it, so I assume the rest of you did too, but Michel is the only one who has commented. I asked for comments by this Friday.</div>

<div class="">I know many of you are likely to be traveling at this time of year, so I think we need to postpone a vote to ratify the code as a whole until at least mid-January. What about a target date of January 17, a month from today, to start the vote?
Does that give everyone enough time to review the code? If that is going to be difficult for you, please let me know.</div>

I am having trouble sending a message to the CPN listserv. It may have to do with the size of the attachment (the full PhyloCode). This is a test message without the attachment. If you receive it, please respond to the listserv and copy your reply to me
