We would like to change this to the following: "7.1. Establishment of a name can only occur through publication in Phylonyms: a Companion to the PhyloCode, or in another work after the publication date of Phylonyms, the starting date for this code."

Because this is just a clarification and does not change the way the code functions, we do not feel that a formal vote of the CPN is required.  However, if anyone objects to this change, please email this listserv by Friday (Oct. 26).  There is no need to comment if the change is fine with you.  If no comments are received by Friday, we will go ahead and make this change.
