[CPN] Correction

CPN members,

In the message that I sent recently about some proposed additions to the PhyloCode, I gave an incorrect date associated with the two week deadline.  The deadline is 5:00 PM EST, 24 February, NOT 24 March.  Sorry for the confusion.
