[CPN] including proposal authors in discussion

OK, then - I guess that explains the lack of activity there.  If it's not working, shouldn't we get rid of it?  Seems kind of silly to have it hanging there with posts from 2008, no?  

Torsten, is this still true?  Was there a reason to keep it on the webpage?
