[CPN] test of CPN listserv

Dear CPN members,

Everyone has now subscribed to the CPN listserv (including Kevin de 
Queiroz, though he is not a current member).  This is a test message. 
If you receive this, then all future messages to the CPN can be sent 
to cpn at listserv.ohio.edu.

Everyone who has responded to the latest set of proposed changes has 
approved them.  The people who have not yet commented are David Tank, 
Harold Bryant, Jacques Gauthier, and Julia Clarke.  It would be 
helpful to hear from everyone by January 4.
