<b>Eligibility:</b> To be considered as a participant, you must meet the following criteria: (a) be a licensed/credentialed secondary school counselor for a minimum of one year employed in a public secondary school in the United States, (b) be employed in a
state with anti-LGBTQIA+ laws, and (c) self-identify as an advocate for LGBTQIA+ students based on the following definition: actively working to identify and change the structure of power and systems of inequality within the status quo that negatively impact
lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, and asexual students in order to ensure equality and inclusivity. Advocacy interventions may take place at the individual, small group, classroom, school, district, city, state, and federal
levels.</div>
