the 2024-2025 NCACES Emerging Leaders went out recently. We are looking for <b>doctoral students/candidates and new professionals (newly PhDs)</b> to apply for the program. <u>The deadline to apply for the program</u> is <b>May 5th</b>, but if someone wants
to apply but is unable to meet the deadline, please encourage them to reach out to me. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I would greatly appreciate it if you could pass this information to your doctoral students/candidates or new graduates with promising leadership experience/skills who would be interested and willing to serve within the NCACES. The program
involves receiving mentorship from a seasoned faculty with the leaders in the region, participating in the NCACES activities, and networking. I was one of the NCACES ELs in 2020, and the mentorship I received was amazing. That helped me narrow down my research
agenda and publish several manuscripts. We have great mentors on the board, highly passionate to help future leaders. <o:p></o:p></p>
