CSI Days Poster Sessions</a>! Sixteen 15 minute poster sessions will be presented virtually on Wednesday, October 9, and Thursday, October 10, at 1:00-2:00 PM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) and 3:30-4:30 PM EDT. Online proposals will be accepted until Friday,
April 19, 2024, at 5:00 PM EDT. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Each poster session should address one of three themes identified by the CSI Executive Council:

<p><strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">A)</span></strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> All presenters must be current members of CSI in good standing. The primary presenter must be a student member.<br>
<strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">B)</span></strong> The primary presenter is the contact person and is responsible for notifying all co-presenters of acceptance, rejection, scheduling, and any other information provided by CSI. The primary
presenter’s email address is the primary form of communication.<br>
<strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">C)</span></strong> Presenters may not submit presentations that are in nature promoting a product or service, or sell any products or services during the session.<br>
<strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">D)</span></strong> Applicants must be able to present virtually (narrating over the PowerPoint without webcams) during any 15 minute slot on Wednesday, October 9, and Thursday, October 10, in the afternoon
(between 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM, Eastern Daylight Time). We will not be able to accommodate requests for specific timeslots.<br>

by Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at 5:00 PM EDT. You do not need to include a title slide because the title and presenter details will be included on a slide with the CSI logo as your session is introduced. Login details will be sent to presenters prior to

<strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">F)</span></strong> Presenters give permission for their sessions to be recorded and for PDF copies of their PowerPoints to be shared with CSI Days attendees.<br>
<strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">G)</span></strong> Presentation materials must be original to the presenter or used by permission of the copyright holder. This includes, but is not limited to, movie, television, commercial, social media
video clips, photographs, and music.<br>
