master’s level counseling program, (d) have completed at least one multicultural course, (e) are enrolled in Internship I or II, (e) have worked with a former white client, (f) is currently working with at least one white client, and (g) attends an institution
that offers free counseling services to their students.</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
