study that explores recent Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) program graduates’ perceptions of their counseling self-efficacy (CSE) development during the field/internship phase of their counselor training. In order to participate, you must have earned
your master’s degree in <b>Clinical Mental Health Counseling</b> through <u>a CACREP accredited institution,</u> and have
<u>recently graduated</u> from your program <b>within the last year</b> (0-12 months). </span></p>

self-efficacy (CSE). If you want to share more about your own lived experiences with developing CSE during field/internship this is great opportunity for you! Your participation in this study will allow for recent CMHC graduates’ voices to be heard about their
experiences with developing confidence in their abilities to counsel clients during field/internship. In addition, your participation will</span><span style="font-size:11.5pt; font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"> help counselor educators and site supervisors
