training course that teaches participants to recognize and respond to signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges and crises. Participants learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and substance use challenges, strategies
for helping someone in crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help. The program is built on a strong foundation of international research. MHFA USA has trained more than 2.5 million people and 21,000 Instructors throughout all 50 states and
