Dear Counseling Students,<br>

Maintaining and improving empathic ability is vital for our field. My dissertation research is an attempt to understand the components of empathy and the cultural factors that shape its development. I cordially invite you to take a 15-20 minutes survey to help
me with this study.<br>
<br>
By completing the survey, you will have an opportunity to learn the study outcome, and to enter into a drawing for one of six $25 Amazon gift cards.<br>
<br>
You are eligible to participate in this study if you are currently enrolled in a Master’s counseling program and you are over 18-year-old. You will not be asked to provide any identifying information and you can withdraw from the study at any time. Your responses
to the survey will be kept confidential.<br>
