you want to know more about how your program contributes to your success? We are a research team consisting of the 2017 CACREP Research Initiative for Graduate Students (CRIGS) research fellows, along with a faculty advisor. Please consider voluntarily participating
in the following survey research about students’ satisfaction in counselor training programs. Participation should only take

</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:#222222">minutes. Only group data is being gathered, so we will not know how any one person responded. Any information gathered by this survey will NOT impact a
program’s present or future CACREP accreditation status. At no time will an individual’s responses be reported to the participant’s program or to CACREP.
