<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">We are closing in on the 2018 All Ohio Counselors Conference (AOCC) and need your help getting the right OCA members to attend the All Day Leadership Development Institute (LDI)
at AOCC. This two-tiered educational event is Free and open to all OCA members who aspire to leadership positions with the OCA now and in their future.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The LDI will be held in the Hyatt Regency (downtown Columbus) on Wednesday November 7 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Union D&E meeting rooms very near the AOCC registration
desks. Coffee, Tea, and water will be provided all day for the attendees, lunch is on their own but there is a very diverse food court on the first floor of the Hyatt Regency.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The LDI consists of two tracks for beginner and advanced leaders. If you are aspiring to a leadership position, choose beginner, if you are currently holding a leadership position,
choose advanced. All the details and agenda are attached.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
