This conference focuses on racial identity development, ethnic identity development, and gender and sexual orientation, from infancy to adult maturity. A recognition of this development is necessary to understand the dynamics of multi-ethnic and multi-racial
groups in the United States. We embrace anti-oppressive and multicultural perspectives.<br>
