My name is Nesime Can, and I am a doctoral candidate in the Department of Counseling and Educational Psychology at Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi. I am conducting a research study entitled “<b>Caring for Beginning Counselors: The Relationship Between
Empathy, Supervisory Working Alliance, Resilience, Wellness, And Compassion Fatigue Among Counselors-In-Training</b>” and I am inviting you to participate in my dissertation study. </p>

<u>To be eligible to participate, you must be <b>a master’s level counselor-in-training, 18 years of age or older, and enrolled in an internship course in a counselor training program across the United States. </b>Preferably, participants have already established
a relationship with at least one client at their internship site.</u></p>

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between compassion fatigue and its protective factors among counselors-in-training. This survey <u>will take 15-20 minutes to complete</u>, and your <u>participation is voluntary</u>. You may decide not
