<strong>Graduate Students and Counselors in Training,</strong><br>

I would like to invite you to participate in my research study that will help to inform the field’s understanding of training in graduate school.<br>
<br>
You may participate if you are at least 19 years of age, are enrolled in a master’s or doctoral program in counseling psychology, clinical psychology, or counselor education (to include clinical mental health counseling, school counseling, rehabilitation counseling,
etc), and have completed a course on diversity <em><b><u>or</u></b></em> a semester of practicum.<br>
<br>
If you decide to participate in this study, you will be asked to read a vignette of a first session interaction of a therapist and client. You will then be asked to answer a variety of questions about the vignette. Following, you will be asked to complete some
questions about yourself and your training. The entire study should take <strong>
about 15-20 minutes to complete. </strong>To thank you for participating, you can choose to enroll in a drawing at the end of the study where you could win one of four
<strong>Amazon gift cards</strong>. The gift cards will be in the amounts of <strong>
$75, $50, $25, and $25</strong>.<br>
