First, a demographic survey (the link is available below) will gather data to ensure criterion sampling and maximum variation of interview participants. In order to be considered for the interview portion of the study, you must include your email in the first question of demographic survey. Your email address will only be seen by the primary researcher and the RPI. Once participants have been selected and contacted, any identifying information will be destroyed from the data. The demographic survey consists of a small amount of questions and is expected to take 3-5 minutes. The research team and committee members will determine maximum variation once we have received an appropriate number of completed surveys.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p style='margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt'><span style='color:black'>Secondly, participants selected from the demographic survey will be interviewed by the primary researcher (myself) either in-person, if allowed, or via online video conferencing.
