<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">The Department of Educational & Counseling Psychology, Counseling, and College Student Personnel (ECPY) in the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) at the University of Louisville invites applicants for a 10- or 12-month clinical (non-tenure-track) faculty position in school counseling. This position begins as early as August 1, 2014.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="color:black">CONTEXT:</span></b></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">The CEHD at the University of Louisville is ranked among the Top 50 Public Colleges of Education in <i>US News and World Report</i> and is part of a Doctoral/Research Extensive institution enrolling approximately 22,000 students in a vibrant metropolitan area with a population of approximately 1.3 million. The Louisville metro area features scenic beauty, great recreational opportunities, thriving theater and arts, and one of the best qualities of life in the nation. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify"><span style="color:black"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b><span style="color:black">THE POSITION</span></b><span style="color:black"> has a 4/4 (Fall/Spring) teaching course load (4/4/2 in case of a 12 month position) including clinical sections of practicum and internship, as well as core courses in the CACREP-accredited school counseling program. Position responsibilities include clinical coordination (e.g., coordinator of field experiences and student recruitment), advising, leadership in program service, development of innovative initiatives to serve the local school district(s), and participation in area, school, and university service.</span></p>
