Licensed, or license eligible by the State of North Carolina to practice clinical services within his/her area of competency.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'>Be fully licensed within 12 months of starting employment.
