Would it be possible for someone from your department to meet with him/her on June 16th, 2011 anytime between 10:30 and noon? It might also be helpful if there are any graduate students who will be available to talk to him/her and maybe give them a brief tour of your department. If it is at all possible for someone to do this, please let me know. This student has also expressed an interest in the graduate program in Social Work. I have contacted them as well and will keep you posted when I hear back from them about their availability. And, if I hear from you before them, I will do the same- I will let them know what time your program representative can meet with this student.
