Preference will be given to candidates who have a well-defined research program that has the potential for or is supported by research funding that is granted based on rigorous peer review. Preference will also be give to individuals who have expertise in quantitative research methodologies (e.g. HLM, Structural Equation Modeling, and Hierarchical Regression).
