color:navy'>NBCC is taking four weeks from receipt of application from their
financial side to process approvals by email for exam applicants. This
ends up being five weeks or more. Ohio was the first state to use
computer based testing. They have 40 states now using computer based testing
and ten more states to add. I talked to Shawn O’Brien, the head of that
department, and they are adding people and increased hours into processing, but
in the meantime please tell callers the following.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";

the payment at NBCC. That does not include the mail time and deposit
time, which means it will be taking over five weeks on average.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
