He has been a member of the Ohio Counseling Association Executive Council for
the past seven years (serving as President in 2007-2008) and is currently
chairing the OCA Technology Committee. He is a counselor in private practice
and a clinical supervisor. Dr. Cruikshanks has been described as a dynamic
speaker who has taught and presented his work internationally in <st1:country-region
