Hello,

My name is Eason Weinmann, and I am in the process of conducting my doctoral dissertation (IRB # 25-07-002) with my chairperson, Dr. Elizabeth Goetter (goetter at lasalle.edu), Associate Professor and PsyD Program Director at La Salle University in Philadelphia.

I was wondering if you would be willing to assist me in recruiting participants for my dissertation on how clinicians form diagnostic impressions (flyer attached; direct survey link below). Specifically, I am asking if you would be open to passing along information regarding my study to graduates of your program.

I am hoping to recruit approximately 200 master’s level clinicians in the mental health field (e.g., clinical mental health counseling, school counseling, marriage, couple, and family counseling).

This survey study should take 10-15 minutes. Participants will be provided with an opportunity to provide informed consent, be asked to provide their demographic information, be presented with a brief vignette, and then asked some follow up questions. There will also be an opportunity to enter into a raffle to win a $100 Amazon gift card. I would be happy to discuss my study further and answer any questions you may have.
