NCACES is proud to announce our call for award nominations and grant proposals for the 2026-2027 year. Award and grant recipients will be announced at the NCACES Regional Conference in Des Moines, IA. All award nominations and grant proposals are due by July 1st, 2026. Any questions may be sent to the NCACES Member-At-Large at ncacesmematlrg at acesonline.net<mailto:ncacesmematlrg at acesonline.net>.





AWARDS

NCACES is proud to recognize and celebrate the achievements of NCACES members and other professionals who have distinguished themselves through their work. You will need to include the following supporting documents in a single PDF file:



1. Nomination letter that includes the award category and why the individual (or program) is deserving of the award



2. Two support letters that include the award category and why the individual (or program) is deserving of the award.



All nominees for individual awards must be NCACES members.

GRANTS

NCACES is also providing funding to support research studies that are focused on increasing understanding of the counselor education profession (including research, teaching, supervision, leadership, and advocacy). The Research Awards Committee and NCACES will allocate funds based on the number and level of excellence of research award proposals. Awards can be funded up to $750, and lesser amounts may be awarded. Research grant awards will be presented at the NCACES Regional Conference in Des Moines, IA. Awardees should be available to receive them OR designate a representative to attend.
