Hello!

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Mikaleh McCoy, and I am a doctoral student in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Rochester's Warner School of Education and Human Development. I am writing on behalf of myself and Dr. Marissa Davala to request your assistance in sharing a research study with your students and early-career colleagues.

Our study, "Exploring Factors of Burnout in New Professional Counselors," examines relationships between burnout, self-efficacy, workload, supervision quality, and workplace satisfaction among counselors in their first five years of practice. Eligible participants include students currently in practicum or internship placements, as well as counselors within their first five years of practice. This study has been reviewed and approved by the University of Rochester Research Subjects Review Board (Study ID: STUDY00010620).

If you or anyone in your program meets these criteria, we would be grateful if you would consider participating and/or sharing this invitation with your students and colleagues.
