Hello Dr. Bhat,

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to request your assistance in promoting a research study that I am conducting with two master's students. This study aims to investigate the impact of program sense of belonging on the mental health, burnout, flourishing, and institutional commitment of master's and doctoral counseling students.

I would greatly appreciate your help in sharing the following information with your students. The survey, which is IRB-approved (HIRB00021323), is confidential and estimated to take between 10-15 minutes to complete.

As a token of appreciation for participation, the first 250 respondents will have the chance to win one of 100 $5 Amazon gift cards or one of 150 $2 Amazon gift cards. If you choose not to participate, please follow the link to opt out of future emails:

Dear Counseling Students,

My name is Sean Newhart, and I am an Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins University, conducting a research study alongside two master's students, Julia Kokatakis and Saloni Karwa. We invite you to participate in a study examining the factors influencing well-being and persistence among counselors-in-training (HIRB00021323). Your participation will contribute to our understanding of how program belonging impacts mental health, burnout, flourishing, and institutional commitment.

The survey is estimated to take between 10-15 minutes to complete. As a token of appreciation for your participation, we will be offering the chance to win one of 100 $5 Amazon gift cards or one of 150 $2 Amazon gift cards to the first 250 respondents.
