The Ohio Counseling Association will be awarding five scholarship opportunities for members to attend the 2025 All Ohio Counselors Conference (AOCC). Each scholarship is worth $300 and is intended to assist members with the cost of registration, transportation, and/or lodging for AOCC. The scholarships will be awarded to two graduate student members and three professional members. Please review the guidelines below and complete the designated application by Monday, September 15, 2025.



Important Information:



  *   Applicants must be members of OCA and complete the application in its entirety.
  *   There are separate applications for graduate student members and professional level members. All membership levels are encouraged to apply.
  *   Recipients of each scholarship will be notified via email by Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
  *   Recipients must provide proof of registration in order for the scholarship to be released to them. Please email proof of registration (e.g., copy of email receipt) to ocaexec at gmail.com<mailto:ocaexec at gmail.com> by Sunday, October 5, 2025 - only if you receive notification on October 1 that you are a scholarship recipient.
  *   Proof of attendance is due within one week of recipient's return from AOCC - no later than Friday, November 7, 2025. Please email proof of attendance to ocaexec at gmail.com<mailto:ocaexec at gmail.com>. Acceptable evidence includes: copy of conference badge; copy of hotel receipt; photo of yourself at AOCC.
  *   Recipients will receive their scholarship award via mailed check by November 25, 2025, as long as they have provided proof of conference attendance.
