The Ohio College Counseling Association (OCCA) is pleased to announce a Call for Proposals for their inaugural OCCA Virtual Conference, to be held via Zoom on Monday, May 13th, 2024.

This FREE conference is open to all who are interested.
OCCA membership is not required to attend or present.

Submissions will be accepted until March 22nd, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Sessions should focus on content relevant to college counselors and counselor trainees, college counseling supervisors, and/or college counseling administrators, including those overseeing clinical services, clinical training, and outreach. Sessions focusing on diversity, inclusion, and equity; supervision; and ethics as they relate to college counseling are preferred. Presenters may have up to one co-presenter. Any one presenter may be included in up to two proposal submissions.

Presenters will be notified of the outcome of their submission by March 25th, 2024. Those selected to present must confirm their intent to present and offer any additional requested materials by March 29th, 2024.

Application for up to 5 CEUs through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board will be made for all accepted sessions.
