Applications for the Substance Use Disorder Professional Loan Repayment Program are being accepted through November 30, 2023. Completed applications and supporting documents must be emailed to PCRH at odh.ohio.gov<mailto:pcrh at odh.ohio.gov>.

Please note that this is a competitive application cycle. Qualifying applications will be scored based on a standardized set of criteria and awards will be prioritized accordingly. Meeting minimum program requirements does not guarantee receipt of an award.
