My name is Brianna Kriley, a doctoral candidate at Capella University, and as part of my doctoral education program, I am looking for CACREP-accredited Clinical Mental Health Counseling program students and graduates to participate in my creativity and multiculturalism study. I am also asking those who cannot participate to please consider sharing this call for participants with others.

Aim of Study:
To bring creativity to the counseling education and supervision literature and fill the quantitative gap in knowledge. Additionally, this study will examine the predictive relationship between creativity and multicultural counseling self-efficacy.

Participation Criteria:
o   Graduate of a CACREP-accredited Clinical Mental Health Counseling program
OR
o   Currently enrolled in a CACREP-accredited Clinical Mental Health Counseling program
*Must be eligible for or enrolled in fieldwork (practicum or internship)
*Must NOT be a Capella University student

No participant can live, work, or study outside of the United States, have a personal relationship with the researcher, be inactive in the profession, or have a revoked license.

Time Commitment: 10-20 minutes to complete. You are able to exit the survey at anytime
