Seventy percent of U.S. adults have experienced at least one traumatic event, and 76% percent of full-time U.S.-based employees reported at least one symptom of a mental health condition in 2021, an increase of 17 percentage points in just two years. Also, consider
· 80% of workers said that workplace stress affects their relationships with friends, family, and coworkers
· Mental health conditions are estimated to cost U.S. employers up to $193.2 billion annually in lost earnings due to absenteeism and presenteeism
