Hello!

My name is Hannah Rowan.  I am the director of the Beacon School Summer Camp.  I am reaching out to you today to provide an opportunity for some of the students in your program.  Please feel free to forward this email to them.

If you do not already know, Beacon School is a school in Athens, Ohio that is specifically designed to serve students with disabilities.  At summer camp, we provide fun games, activities, arts and crafts, recreational activities, and so much more.  This is a very valuable experience that will create a lifetime of memories for you and the campers.

This year, camp will be from June 12th-July 7th (with June 19th and July 4th off in observance of holidays).  There will be a mandatory 3-day training for all camp counselors the week of June 5th.
