You have a valuable perspective, that I seek to understand to provide an inclusive department culture.



You are qualified to participate in this anonymous online survey if:

  *   You are a mom, defined as:

     *   A female who identifies as a mom due to having at least one biological, foster, or adopted child, 18 years of age or younger, in which you are currently providing care

  *   You are a counselor educator, defined as:

     *   Adjunct, instructor, assistant, associate, or full professor in a master's and/or doctoral level counseling program

  *   You are working as a counselor educator in a Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Program (CACREP).
