Research Study: Supervision and Counseling Self-Efficacy

Dear Student,




We are conducting a study understand the impact of needs satisfaction in supervisory relationships on counseling trainees' counseling self-efficacy and their psychological well-being. The study involves completing a survey that takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.This research has been reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board for protection of human subjects at Iowa State University.


You must be a graduate student (18 years old or above) or intern in counseling or clinical psychology or a counseling/clinical-related field in order to participate in this study.
