Hello OCA community:

            You are invited to participate in a research study entitled, Exploring the Relationship Between Counselor Geographic Area of Practice and Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes, and Comfort with Human Sexuality which is being conducted at the University of Toledo under the direction of Dr. Christopher Roseman to fulfill the requirements of my dissertation.

            The purpose of this study is to better understand the relationship between counselor demographics and their knowledge, attitudes, approach, and comfort with human sexuality. The study will consist of 8 demographic questions and 45 survey questions.

            You are invited to participate in this survey if you are a licensed mental health counselor (LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S). The survey is expected to take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. There are minimal risks to your participation and you may quit at any time with no penalty to you.
