Dear ACA Ohio Member,

The Ohio Legislature is considering a bill that would ban conversion therapy for minors. The American Counseling Association formally opposes conversion therapy because it violates the ACA Code of Ethics, can cause harm to patients and attempts to "convert" sexual orientation, which is not recognized by the medical community as a disorder. Please send the following email to your representatives in Columbus in support of the bill.
