Students enrolled in a master's or doctoral-level counselor education program may volunteer for the conference and in return receive a complimentary 2-day registration to the conference (this excludes any pre-conference or ticketed sessions).

Students must have current membership with OCA or OSCA.

Hi Jane,
Touching base about the AOCC this fall.  We'd like to setup the Doctoral Showcase as we've done in years past.  You'll note, we are at an updated venue so I've provided information below.  I'd like to do a better job of highlighting this in the pre-event program we mail so would you please see if we can confirm participation by August 10?
Date: Thursday, November 9
Time: Setup is at 5:30; Showcase running 6-7pm
Location: NEW venue - Hyatt Regency Columbus, 350 N High St, Columbus, OH 43215
Provided: 6ft table and two chairs (if you prefer a different setup please request by November 1).
What to bring: Please bring a branded table cloth for a 6ft table.  If you wish to bring a sign that requires an easel, please request it by November 1.
Please confirm participation by August 10 so we may include it in promotional materials:

  *   Please provide the full name of the program as you'd like it listed in the promotional materials.
  *   Your registrant(s) will be requested by November 1 if they are not registered to attend the AOCC.
