Subject: Elementary Guidance Counselor

North Central Local Schools in Pioneer, OH, is seeking an Elementary Guidance Counselor
Qualifications:  The district is looking for an excellent guidance counselor who demonstrates initiative and has a track record of building a positive school environment
by promoting positive behavior among the students and staff.
The successful candidate must possess outstanding communication skills both written and oral) with students, parents, and staff; excellent organizational skills; great interpersonal skills; the ability to work collaboratively; the ability to apply critical thinking skills; and the ability to multi-task.
Having background experience at the elementary level is preferred, but not required.

The candidate must possess a valid school counselor  license.
The successful candidate will be expected to exhibit character and professionalism that reflects positively on the district.
Successful candidates must have the ability to provide an acceptable BCI/FBI background check.

Pay & Benefits:  Per Negotiated Agreement
