Hello Faculty and Staff,



The Student Outreach Committee for the National Association of Multicultural Rehabilitation Concerns (NAMRC) is writing to you in hopes that you will forward this personal invitation to your rehabilitation students to participate in this year's conference in being held in Dallas, Texas, July 26 (pre-conference) and July 27-29 (conference) at the Marriott Conference Center.



The theme for this year’s 24th Annual Training Conference is: “Contemporary Pioneers:  Practicing Excellence in Cultural Inclusion”



If your students are interested in having poster presentations at the conference, please let them know that the application process is now open.  We are eager to hear what issues in rehabilitation are popular and trending with the students.



Having a poster presentation is very important for rehabilitation students because it shows that students are keeping up to date with the latest discoveries in the field.  It is also very helpful in building their resumes / curricular vitae.  It is an excellent way to get their feet wet in the conference/presentation world.



At the conference, students are also able to network with scholars and professionals in the field for future collaborations and mentorship. 





We hope you will encourage your students to consider NAMRC and participate!
