SCIENCE HYBRID CLASS: Writing for Research-Thesis/Dissertation (ELIP 5160), Spring Semester 2016-17, 3 credit hours
Class number: 3687
Tuesdays 5:15-7:05pm Gordy 205
(meets online with some in-class sessions)

* The course covers writing a proposal, thesis, dissertation, or journal article-students work on their own writing projects
* Also covered is grant writing and writing conference proposals
* Lots of individualized attention and feedback
* Get individualized tutoring in the ELIP Graduate Writing Lab
* Course doesn't affect GPA as long as credit is attained (Credit/Fail class)
* For international and domestic graduate students

We are also offering a course preparing students for their oral defense or for interviews, conference presentations, etc.
