Abbey Road programs<http://www.goabbeyroad.com/programs/college-prep/>, A high school educational summer program has an opening for a College Admissions/ English Teacher in Boston for the summer of 2016.


Dates:

June 24-August 8, 2016 (some flexibility with dates for the right candidate)


Job Duties:


  *   The right person teaches the College Admissions course in the afternoons or early evening after dinner. This course is all about the college admissions process (i.e. what schools to check out, where to find them, financial aid, scholarship info and how to write the College Admissions essay. We have a power point template that teachers use for a lot of this information.
  *   This person will schedule College tours and visits with Admissions Directors.
  *   Make reservations for the freedom trail or duck tour, museum visits, baseball game at Fenway or whatever weekend activities they plan
  *   Purchase items needed in dorm for the students

Compensation:

Staff will receive: Salary, room and board at a local College, and all meals included.
